so i got a 7800gt pny and i need to know should i just go ahead and get another and sli it or buy a single 7900gt? i already have an sli board. i beleive somthing similar was posted along time before but i cannot find the thread for the life of me

ive got to find someone willing to purchase it, it has aftermarket cooling on it, the zalman one thats like 35$ idk remember which model. how much could i get for it? also the performance increase in the 7800-7900gt enough to go throught the trouble of selling it?

i say you go sli.. that'll out do 1 7900 by alot, and save you the hastle of having to sell your 7 series

I say neither. Sell your 7800GT now, buy like a 6600gt. Wait until G80 and buy one of those. Or dont sell it all and just buy a g80 later.

What size monitor and resolution are you running at?

the question is where would you buy a 7800gt from? you'd probably have to get it for about the same price as a 7900gt unless you're buying it used.
