You are very lucky it even has an atx psu, most dell's do not (old and new) and some use a different hole pattern. The dell only psu has what looks like an atx psu but it is missing I think its 6 pins and they are on a seperate power cable that looks like 1/2 of a mini at psu connector (remember those flat ones) I will see if I can find a picture. You can buy an adaptor for the psu but why would you?? Buy a "REAL" ATX board and use your cpu. Dell is also famous for disabling AGP slots in their lower models, (even though if you bought that same board from say ASUS it would have a working AGP slot)
