Failed to Load Operating system

ok found the Bios update on the ECS Website...although its 2 years old so I am not sure its going to work

Its a .rom File and there is some sort of Flash utility I can download.

With this computer not able to boot up, how does one install something like this.

ok got it fixed

Under standard cmos settings there is a selection thing beside the master hardrive. The default setting was user. I changed it to Auto and it boots up perfectly now.

I would still like to know if i should update the MB bios or leave it alone....and if i should, how is it done?

, my plan B was to manually set the parameters but i guess thats good too , usally you shouldnt update it unless expirencing a problem that an update will fix (you can see on the history whats the improvments/fixes) in your case theres no need to update
