Windows x64?

No but I am saying there are very few and there are alternative working solutions that may even be better.
 
No more than running 4 sticks of 512mb ram does. I'm considering it actually I always do intense encoding and editting.


Because of the 64 bit registers though a 64 bit Operating System uses more ram than those that use 32 bit registers.
 
Alright that would be a big plus for me when building my new system. I hate how 3gb slows down windows xp.
 
Theoretically 64 bit systems can have up to 127+ Billion Gigabytes of RAM before you need a 128 bit systems just like the 32 bit's limitation is 4 Gigabytes.
 
Scary. But I don't think that will happen. I mean how much more stuff can they add? Pretty soon the whole concept of a PC will be changed and you will like go into a virtual world thingy. Just look at the games and stuff now.
