Computer not turning on

I have biult my own computer and it doesn't turn on. Everything is connected but it still doesn't turn on. This is the spec:

Motherboard ASUS P5N32 SLI DELUXE
Processor INTEL PENTIUM EXTREME EDITION 3.73 GHZ WITH HT TECHNOLOGY
Case And Power Supply - RAIDMAX NINJA CASE AND THERMALTAKE 680W PSU
Hard Drive 500GB SEAGATE 7200rpm
Memory 2GB (2x1 GB) 240pin 533Mhz
IDE Drives LG 16x Dual Layer DVD+-RW
Sony 52x DVD Dual Layer DVD ROM
3.5” Drives All In One Media Card Reader
Sony Floppy Drive
Graphics Card BFG 512mb Nvidia 7900GTX

Does anyone know what I can do to fix it?

Exactly what is happening. Are any fans turning or lights turing on?

Thanks for the comment on the computer. There is absoloutly nothing lighting up, no fans turning on. Nothing. Could you help me please.

Is the switch on your power supply on?

i've even double checked the correct wires from the power on switch to the control panel on the motherboard are right.

Is there normally an led on the motherboard lit up when there is power but the computer doesn't have to be on? There is no leds lit up and no fans working. Nothing.
