a folder cant be delete

Hi,there the past several days ive been trying to figure out how i can delete a certain folder now ive never experience somthing like this has happen before and that when i do try and delete i get a message saying cannot delete zzzzzzzzzzzz access is denied and make sure the disk isnt full isnt write protected and that file is not currently in use so anyone can give me a hand osi can delete that folder it is called cantdeleted i can rename it but just cant move it anywhere else.

Yep Sure the name of the folder is cantdelete and its got many folders inside of it i cant even move the folders around but heres a screenshot of the error message

Its located there.
Even my friend Justin coudnt figure out why i cant delete the folder

No,how do i start in safe mode because my computer is windows xp media center but ya how will i go cuz i am using xp

You should get the Unlocker program, just search for it on google. It will be able to delete the folder.
