That's because you have 4 X 512. It automatically downclocks it to pc 2700

why would it matter if he has all 4 filled up?
I do also but mine dosent downclock to PC2700
EDIT: From experience and from what i've heard, thats not a very good OC'ing mobo with or without good cooling and PSU.

k well i am gonna try to down my RAM frequency and change my 8 to 6. That a good idea? btw CPU-Z tells me it is PC3200....so you are wrong.
Please answer the question above and then tell me what keeping my RAM at 1:1 means. I don't think I saw a 1:1 in my options. And also do my L1 and L2 stuff change auto or do I have to do that. If I have to do that, can I do it after I OC my thingy to 2.4GHz?
