Akasa Exhaust Blower any good for cooling ?

hi , im looking for a good cooling Peripheral for in the Summer as sometimes it can get hot over here and thats when Cooling comes in for my pc i have been looking around this computer site im always on and i came across an Akasa Exhaust Blower for £7.99 ($14 USD ) is the Exhaust blower any good to keep your pc abit cooler than it was before i dont want to spend to much on Cooling..

Not really worth it IMO. Is there any particular component that is verging on overheating that can be fixed directly.

well the most thing im trying to keep cool is the CPU and the HDD and maybe my GPU
