question

when i go into msconfig to control what opens up on startup the stuff in there under startup item is in prefixes. how or were can i find out what the items is by using the prefix? and by the way you guys on this forum have been out standing thank you so much

Do you mean what programs should you disable... if so just dont disable any Antivirus or Firewall any other can be disabled... unless your PC needs them

ya before i disable them is there any were i can look up to find out what they are before i disable them?

if you look at the command string and move the slider over you can usualy see the name of the program or the directory

yes it will...see where it says command | location, put your mouse cursor on the | and drag it to the right
