just to echo the others i'll use a simple formula to explain the flaws of SLI and Crossfire
YOU+ MULTIPLE GFX CARDS= YOU+EMPTY POCKETS+DISSAPOINTMENT

performance boosts for SLI/Crossfire average somewhere between 10-30%.

sli is not bad for ppl w/ lots of money who don't mind blowing it and also not have high expectations.. lol.. that way they don't have empty pockets and they are not dissapointed!

i think sli has its strentgh when it comes to high res plus AA and AF etc..


but its not relevant for this guy's purpose. 7900gt wins
