Frequency out of Range

ok, I downloaded/ran the program and locked it on different resolutions/frequencies.

I ran SWAT 4 with it running and like this other times, this is what popped up.

640x480 @ 60Hz:
FH: 93.75 kHz
FV: 74.98 Hz

1280x720 @ 85Hz:
FH: 107.29 kHz
FV: 85.09 Hz

i was reading through this fourm thing, and about halfway down i found that. i have 2 questions. number one, do you have a wide screen monitor? and number 2 try opening up what ever display modding program (if u have power strip use that) and click on the logo, and the list will pop up. click on display profiles, the options. when this pops up, set the slider to the resolution that your game is putting out, and click on the refresh rate bok, makeit drop down, and click on standard discrete timing, and back it down to 60hz and hit apply to se if it works. if it dosent, then i have no idea
