New Printer?

I currently have a IBM Pentium II computer with 256mb ram. I want to order a new Canon IP6600D printer. Will my computer be able to run the printer? Also my computer does not have any USB ports. The salesman said all I need to do is order a USB card and install it in one of the slots. My other question is this, I don't have a lot of computer skills but I have been inside and added memory. Can I do this upgrade? Is it a simple as plugging it in the slot or is there more to it? Thanks again for the help!

First off, what kind of os are you running on that puppie? Secondly, if your computer has a pci slot then yes I definately say that you are capable. All it takes is "a snap and a screw." Anyway please post some more detailed specs so we can help you better with your problem.
