case compatability

my pc is in an alienware case, but the thing is freakin' huge, i need a fork lift when i want to move it, i want to put it in a smaller case, what are some compatablity issues i need to look at when picking out a case? like if my mobo will fit or not?

what kind of mother board do you have. Is it an atx form factor. if it is it will fit in any atx-mid tower case.

I didn't know there was a form bigger than ATX. I would think that so long as it's ATX, you're golden.

k just get CPU-Z and it will tell you ur motherboard type, if can be either ATX, Micro-ATX, or BTX.
