Can't remove Software "WindowBlinds"

Heres the scoop! I just downloaded "window blinds" just to check it out. Applied a skin and didnt like the software so i deleted it from the programs list and empty'd the recycle bin. When I went to Add/Remove programs it said that i cannot remove it because its missing a file named "install.log" I even went into my local drive to try and delete the folder from the "programs" folder but it said access denied when trying to delete the .dll files. Help me please???

Then go to add/remove programs and it will go away.

Hello,

Probably because some processes belonging to WindowsBlinds are still running.

For a clean uninstall, you need to Unload WindowsBlinds, before going to Add / Remove Programs to remove it properly.

I would re-install WindowsBlinds again, to the same directory over your old installation to effectively replace all the files...then perform the steps above to remove it.

I tried to remove them in safe mode with now luck and also add/remove. i guess i will try to reinstall it over the same files and try to remove from add/remove first before deleting the program from program list.
