those OCZ's are very medicore overclockers , the gskillz are far better at that field

Well, the one with lower timings is DDR 400 whereas the one with higher timings is DDR 500. I'm guessing that you will be OCing, so id say the DDR 500 one. As jeremy said, you should also look at G skill. Its a very good brand
