new to 3dmark?

so anyways i decided to try out 3d mark, having never done it before i went for 2001, syspem specs are:

p4 northwood 2.8 @ 3.4ghz
radeon 9700/9500 pro...128mb
1gb geil ram
asus p4p800se
74 gb 10k raptor
120gb second hdd
antec smart power 550w psu


score.......14377, which i understand is preeeetty crap

Yea that's not the best. It's your video card that's holding you back. Is that maxed out everything or stock settings?

stock settings...heres my thread on OCing it, ive started to but i cant moitor the temp so im a bit concerned

Try PC Wizard, that shows the temps of ur video card
