Okay just last week my Secondary HDD in one of my computers says in the BIOS NTLDR missing press "CTRL+ALT+DELETE to resart".This is a Slave HDD and doesnt have XP on it so it isnt a boot HDD.Also whenever I hook itup on the same IDE cable it doesnt show anything for IDE's.It worked fine for the longest time.HAvent tryed a reboot but I dont think I can becuase it says this right after system boots and and right before xp boots my BIOS shows me a staus LOG.The motherboard is BIOSTAR M9-6100.Systems works fine off 250GB IDE
master/boot HDD.

I got this yesterday and it was because i had unplugged the 2 hdd's and then plugged them back in the wrong way. just check the hdd with the OS on it is the master.
