ATI Radeon 1600pro is fubar

I installed a new card yesteryday a new power supply because the old one was only 280 watts and when ever i try to play BF2 or EQ or HL there are these huge graphical errors all over the place in BF2 and EQ its jsut walls popping out of the land scape in HL2 its pink and purple squares everywhere wtf gives?
