Computer graphics card & watts

There is really nothing wrong with the Celeron per se. For general computing, most users will not notice the difference between a P4 and a Celeron. It is also a processor that has been made and sold in great numbers.
However, my home PC is used for gaming among other things. With the applications that I run, I want the maximum amount of computing power so I would not opt for a Celeron.

I was thinking gaming, and probably Everquest2.com? With another 512 stick added later. Should i save a bit more and go with Pentium?
