Fan Placement

I have four fans in my case: a 120mm, and three 80mm's. I have a deal on my case that measures the temperature of the inside of my case. However:

1. I do not know the best placement for that thermometer inside the case.

2. I am getting 74 degrees most of the time, but it can jump to 80 degrees on hot days and when I am playing some games. Are these bad temps? (Degrees F)

3. The 120mm fan is blowing in, the 80mm on the side panel is blowing out, as with the 80mm on the top, and the one above the hard drive is blowing out. (See picture)

4. What can I do to achieve better temperatures? (If I need to, that is?) My case has room for two more 80mm fans behind the hard drive bays, but the case is already REALLY loud.
...and no, I cannot afford watercooling at the moment.

Thanks.

We're just jumping into Spring here. I never hit 80 degrees (F) in the Winter, but now that the temp is getting into the 70's outside, I am getting into the 80's in my case.

One thing could that could help is having the back 120mm blowing out. The blowhole blowing out, the side blowing in, and the on near harddrive blowing in

I think that I will try that just for the heck of it. I have to do some more wire management soon too, so I will try it and see if I get better temps.

Usually you want the back and top blowing out with side and front pulling in,But sometime's you might have to play around a little,On my case i have the top the side and front all pulling in with only the rear for exhaust which give's me best temp's,All case's are different so just play around and see which give's you the best temp's :)
