Opening Internet Explorer is throwing up "Content Advisor"
is not allowing this site. I have experimentally set all items to their maximum and activated accept sites that have no rating, yet the problem persists.

I have had to disable content advisor to allow IE and other sites,

This problem does not exist when opening MSN, Yahoo, Opera browsers

Any ideas gratefully received.

well try and turn off the block thing, dont just turn it all the way down, and im not to smart but if your on a network or a different wireless connection by accident they might have blocked content.

Internet Explored > Tools > Internet Options > Security > Internet

try this ^^^^^

if that doesnt work click the Restricked button and see if anything is in there and remove it

you need the password to disable it. it is junk now, as it haven't been updated, so it blocks almost everything
