Need help really badly!!!

Ok. So i was having problems with my packet8 phone box (The phone stopped working after about 15 minutes). So someone told me to set the Ip adress, DNS, gateway, etc. Manually. I copied all the things from the Local area connection status and put them into the boxes. Now the phone works all the time. But my computer connection stops working after 15(+/-) minutes and i can't get back into the packet8 config page by typing the IP adress (even using the 012-0003 one). Any ideas?


Is ther any way to reset all the configurations to default?

if u have a packet8 phone, then go wireless, its one way out of the situation, and once you do set the channel to 11, i believe the average phone (assuming its wireless) is 2.417 ghz, could be wrong, but if u do take this idea into a suggestion then get a linksys router and set its IP to 192.168.2.1.

Got it figured. Set the packet8 box to one ip and the computer one number up. Now they both work perfect.

(For anyone having the same problem the Ip's were set up like this:

Packet8: xxx.xxx.x.1

Computer#1: xxx.xxx.x.2

Computer#2: xxx.xxx.x.3 )
