I want to buy a mini-external hardrive

Has a 2MB buffer, but you wont find one with 8 for less than 200.

Some of my friend says that the Western Digital is not a good brand name. Base on what you can tell it is a good external hard drive or not beside the capacity, buffer and rotaional speed?
