How to update my antivirus software?

Guys I have a standalone (absolutely no net connection) PC with me. I have got the latest version of McAfee Antivirus installed on it. But the thing is how will I update my virus definitions? I have access to net via some other comp. So I can downlaod anything from the net via that comp only.

if you can access internet, just right click the icon of mcafee on the task bar, then click update now.
