yeah...sorry about the title, i'm a moron...hence the s/n....

has anybody had any experience with this product/brand? will it replace my old fan? thanks for the help

Ultra is generally good, but not great...I'd go with something from Thermaltake, Zalman, or Vantec for cooling, especially if you're going to be overclocking, if not, that should be fine
