Hi Everybody,
yesterday i instaled SP2 forWin XP but when i rebooted, during the Windows loading screen the BSOD came up and it restarted. I tried looking at what the blue screen said but it didn't really identify a potential source to the problem. In the error log files, the 1st one said the TCPIP somthing (can't remember) couldn't load because a device connected to the computer is not functioning.
I tried working off the part about a device not functioning so i disconected everything from my computer exept my keyboard but the error still came up.
For a setup i have an MSI K8N Neo4-F with an AMD 64 3700+ and an Nvidia GeForce 7800GT.
Any Ideas?
Thanks

Please wait until you get answers from other forum members. My two cents goes like this - re-format the hard drive.

don't install sp2 on top on window, slipstream sp2 onto your xp disc and install it as fresh install

use autostreamer or nlite to slipstream it.
