Do the Athlon x2 motherbords use the Athlon 64 x2 prossesor?

I am planing on buying the Ultra-D, 3800 x2, 7900gt, MCE, and some other good stuff.

I am not going with SLI, because I will be giving the 7900gt to my brother when the new cards come out.

I keep reading the Ultra-D is not for beginners, What is so hard about building with the Ultra-D? This will be my first build so I am a beginner
