They all look good - which one would you pick/advise me on?

errrm. I think i would go with the gigabyte one. It looks nicer and got the best rating out of all the others.

Ok cool - i will get that ordered - Takign the Processor from the old one is easy to do??

Yeah all you have to do is remove the fan from it if there is one and then pop up the little silver leaver and take it out and do the reverse of that for the new mobo.
