Today is a one day sale on AMD Athlon 64 3200+... if you know that is what you want for sure.

Also, XFX has a good deal for the 6600GT, but I'd see what other people think about that idea first. $110 is pretty kickass for a cheap decent graphics card though.

You dont need a modem unless you're going dial-up....mboards have built in ethernet card for high-speed...

Go with that ram I suggested, it's like, $26 dollars cheaper than the Corsair and just fine....

sorry to say but it will be dial-up for a while. dont have access to high speed yet. i'm kind of got my mnd set on that case. so that little extra is worth it to me. i will go with ththe memory you suggested if the rebates go off the ones i have picked before i buy. might anyway cause i dont think i will ever OC. i thouhgt i already had the mouse and keyboard in there but it aint on my list anymore. thanks for pointing that out.
i think this is my final set-up if no one else has any cost cutting ideas.
