Ok So on Feburary 7, 2006 I purchased all my parts off newegg....

I got them all on Feburary 12.

My problem: Dead CPU

My Other problem: Newegg wont take it back and Im having alot of trouble with amd...


for a RMA online with AMD When I put in my serial number from my little book that says "Certificate of Authenticity" and stuff and when I type it in and stuff it says Its not Found in the AMD database..

ugh Im so lost and my mom is freaking out cuase she thinsk we just lost 415 dollars...(even though I paid for it)

so please help me out all I want to do is send it back.
 
I did and its juts a automated Voice message that gives me a URL to do a RMA online...

god you dont know how bad I want to talk to and AMD person so bad....

a human at least...

go on their website, they should have support, and most support pages have like FAQs and if your problem is not listed their, send your issue to one of the techies, and they'll send you a personal email.
