Ok, I'm about to order the memory for my new rig, but after looking at the avaliable ram for purchase, I noticed that there is another set of dual channel 2x1gb ram, with the same timings, for $100 less. Here are the two types:

G.Skill F1-3200PHU2-2GBNS Value DDRI Series 2GB (2x1GB) DDR400 PC3200 2.5-3-3-6 Dual Channel 2.60V~2.75V - Warranty Lifetime

G.Skill F1-3200USU2-2GBHS Extreme Series 2GB (2x1GB) DDR400 PC3200 2.5-3-3-6 Dual Channel 2.50V~2.70V - Warranty Lifetime

I know one of them says value, but it has the same timings and everything. Would the value one just not be as good to overclock?

its marketing........ VALUE makes it seem obsoleete

The volts make it a little better.... if they are about the same price i would just get the more expensive one

EDIT:
Does the one that says performance have a heatsink?

+ the one that says performance probly overclocks much better

I think I has one of those copper heatsink heat distributor things, but I'm not sure. The site I'm buying it from doesn't have an individual page for this item, it just lists it.
