CPU - AMD Athlon 64 3700+
MOBO - ABIT AN8 SLI ATX AMD
PSU - FSP Group AX500-A, 500W
RAM - CORSAIR XMS 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR 400 (PC 3200) 3200c2pt

How does all this look so far?

I also need to find a decent GPU no more than $200.

Suggestions?

great........make sure the Motherboard is socket 939.

for a good GPU i suggest the 6800 GS, its great. and about $200, i tink a bit less.

i'd take this psu as its stronger on the +3.3v/+12v
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817103928 ignore the watts, what really matters on psus is the amper ratings and their better on this one , also i'd go with this ram cuz it have lower timings for same price http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820231032 , better get another mobo check the reviews and youll see alot of negative ones , also its hard to find a quality mobo with SLI for that price, you might wanna get the DFI nF4 Ultra-D or the ASUS A8N-E

(both without SLI) , if you really gotta have SLI i suggest youll spend much more and take this one
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813127232 (unlike the abit you picked up this one have no issues+it supports the new X16 SLI might wanna read bout that http://www.pcper.com/article.php?aid=212)

as for the graphics card , under 200$ 7600gt is best

Brand?

Mobo is indeed 939.

I also already have a vpr Matrix monitor, 250GB WD SATA2, and coolermaster Centurion 5 case. Possibly returning from the old computer are 80 GB and 120 GB IDE hard drives.

Are there any other good PSU's that look a little nicer? I'd rather not have a dull gray box if i can help it.

get a 6800gs, it wont disapoint

and get a rosewell psu.
u wont notice a difference between the forton and that.
TRUST ME

And plus it looks better then any other psu out there
