This is newbish but I never found out where to get this. The benchmark, 3dmark thing im not sure what it is called, that rates your computers score like a 3000 decent pc compared to a 8000 awsome pc or something. Is this something you download, buy, get with a video card?

3d mark 06 is the latest program from future mark to test your system to the limits..

well the video card i still have to get when its in stock and im not done building my pc as i have to take off the typhoon heatsink and put it back on because im a moron. But heres what i have except the video card which im buying soon.

Im not sure what number is good or bad, but i hope this will be high. I hope i can mange to put and setup my pc right. Alot harder than my other pc to put together.

Im guessing your score on 06 will be around 4500, if you OC your processor and GPU maybe 5000?

but thats just a estimated guess....look at the stickies with people who posted there 3D mark 06 scores and find out how the scoring works...

my monitor cant go past 1024 by 768 so i dont know how I would use 06.

use 05 and just compare it to everyone elses.

3D Mark06 is not well.....its not like...eh.....ok say I get like a 5000 on 3D Mark06, does this Mean I can Play BF2 on full settings? well yeah...but its not like a game rater, but more a PC stress tester...

but with your setup you should have no problem maxing it out and getting awsome FPS if your playing it on 1024 x 768
