Should I buy a new VGA fan for my BFG Geforce 7900gtx?

You guys are right my bad. That is actually a normal to low temp for gpus now. I have been outa the loop for awhile..sorry for misinformation :)

Video cards of high quality can handle alot more heat than 60ºC, some even 90ºC. That's how hot mine runs sometimes when OC'd (Radeon 9600) but it's never failed or shown any artifacts or such. The new 90nm cards should be able to withstand quite a bit of heat and OCing though, you should be able to get at least a 50/100 OC on air without aftermarketing cooling.

Yeah.... GPU's reach much higher temps then CPU's. 65C to 70C is average temps for a load GPU. That's fairly cool. My new X1900XTX stock runs about 75C at full load and overclocked to 690/1600 is running mid 80's.
