turning it on

im finishing up my first build and when i turn on the computer the only thing that seems to work is the led on the motherboard. there are no beep codes the cd drive doesnt open, nothing. what is wrong? do i just have everything hooked up wrong. i need alot of help.

check your ATX power connections.

check to make sure all of the front panel connections are pluged in right.
