first build (going for cheap formfactor)

Managed to fry my AMD xp2200+ on the weekend, looking for replacement on the cheap. Was thinking of Aspire X-Qpack Micro ATX Tower with AMD64 processor.

I have the following to insert from my old system:
DVD Burner (NEC 8x+R single layer)
DVD Rom
Hauppage 150 PVR card
XFX GeForece 5200 (AGP)
80GB HD (5400)
512 DDR 2100 memmory

One option:
Asus A8V-MX Via Socket 939 MicroATX Motherboard and an AMD Athlon 64 3200+ 2.0GHz OEM Processor $250 after rebate

another:
Gigabyte K8VM800M Via Socket 754 MicroATX Motherboard and AMD Athlon 64 3000+ 2.0GHz OEM Processor $205 after rebate

Any thoughts as to 754 vs 939? Aspire case is gonna run me $115 with power supply. My needs are fairly broad, burning dvds, pvr tv, some gaming (nothing crazy), surfing, etc.

which you should spend even more on a power supply that is any good.

Socket 939 has a high htt and supports dual channel memory.

The only really decent part is the DVD RW, the hdd can be used for documents.

Something like this will be good for a strict budget (I was thinking of getting it but I must be good for getting my PC DX10 ready and have a PPU)
