Need some video tools.

Hello to all! I was wondering if you could possibly post some rec to some video tools that you all use. Bascially it would be nice to have an all in one tool that converts, joins, and splits video files.

What I mostly want is a nice tool that will easily split/join video files with NO conversion. Meaning snip here snip there save and I got my new file with no reencoding etc.. I used to have this nice movie Joiner tool where you easily add files then click join and you had one large movie..but it had a virus..lol..anybody?
