Anybody know powerful performance systems?

i'd say go with nVidia, ur choice of 2 7900 GTXs is great. If you dont know how to OC then definitely go with the fx-60, but if you do go with the opteron 165 and OC it. some people got theirs to 2.8GHz on air cooling, specifically 003 did (member).

And for PhysX, this year games will be coming out that support it, i think in Q4, Cant wait till Unreal Tourney 2007!, it also supports PhysX.

I also need coolers for the ram, HD, Video Card, Processor.....and whatever else....any suggestions?

The power supply will be loud.

The 4 graphics cards are a gimmick, but they will improve performance if you really want them. Hang-on, you only have 2 PCIE slots, is that 2 GPU's on one card?

Dude, your guess is as good as mine.
I just saw the magical words on a site and spec'd a system to go around it.
But do i need a raid controller for over a certain amount of memory?
or is it anytime you raid something?
and what can i use to remove fans and water cooling.....
water cooling is the resort just before the last.
last resort is fans cos they are too **** noisy.
what heatpipes would be good, and what all would i need to cover the whole system?

and im not honestly too sure exactly what power supply i need to cover it

You need a RAID controller when you want to combine more than 1 disk together, but the motherboard will already have one on it, along with most boards now days.

A phillips screw driver, but I highly reccomend not chaning the fans in the PSU, as even if you do it correctly, you will have voided the warranty, and if you don't do it right, then you will either have acid all over the room or you would have had a huge electric shock.

Heatpipes are good for air cooling as they transfer the heat away from the CPU alot more efficiently.

yes the Quad sli is 2 cards in 1 slot, its really good.

For ram get Crucial, Corsiar or G.Skill, i recommend the G.Skill Dual Channel 2X1gb. Kingston isnt that great, it works but if you want good performance go with either of those.

Your motherboard should be changed to, get a DFI Lanparty SLI-DR, im not sure if the those cards are PCIx16, cause i heard the PCIx16 SLI doesnt work on that mobo. But apparently their are only 3 mobos anywhere that support PCIx16 SLI, but i dont think you need to wory, go with the DFI. R u sure you need that much watts PSU? try this one

its good enough for any upgrade.

For Mouse get the Razer Diamondback, and for keyboard get the Saitek Eclipse, they are awesome.

Ho wmuch is all that costing you?

On the MOBO-

Expansion Slots-
2 x PCI-E x16 with SLI™ support at full x16, x16 mode
1 x PCI-E x4 (Support PCI-E x4 or PCI-E x1 card)
3 x PCI 2.2

Storage/RAID-
NVIDIA nForce4 SLI X16 Southbridge supports
- 2 x Ultra DMA 133 / 100 / 66 / 33
- 4 x Serial ATA 3 Gb/s
- NV RAID: RAID 0, 1, 0+1, 5 and JBOD on Serial ATA drives
Silicon Image 3132 SATA controller supports
- 1 x Internal Serial ATA 3 Gb/s hard disk
- 1 x External Serial ATA hard disk (SATA On-the-Go)
- Support RAID 0, 1

So if I remove the liquid cooling kit+2case fans.....what all should i replace it with?
i mean, if a component comes with a fan built on it, im leaving it on it.
but i dont want to have a fan in there if i can have something silent.
taking a look at the link now.

and would 550Watt be enough for it?
I was thinking it'd take about 700-750Watt...

You will be able to replace the chipset fan reasonably easily (remember to keep the orginal and put it back on if the motherboard dies later on.)

He said he wanted wireless, which will be the MX1000 or G7, not sure on any good wireless keyboards though.

I eneded up going for the MX518 for mouse over the diamondback, due to it is molded for a hand soo well.

am i reading the mobo info right?
i think its saying that it can handle 4 HD's.....but i aint too sure....
and as for the mouse, is it wireless?
need both wireless mouse+keyboard cos i wont be at a desk, il be on a sofa in my living room :p
cos if it works, i dont really wana hafta change it and see if all the other parts work.....
and i choose the kingston ram as it had 'heat spreader' which i thot was nice.....
but since it aint performance, its changed.
what heatpipes would be good, and how many would i need?
im not worried about going overboard on silent cooling, just as long as she dont crash+burn.

MX 518 is terrible i think its transfer rate is like 128 or 256 not, wereass the Diamondback is 1000. if your going wireless go with the G7 then, but i would definitely go with the trusty wire, but w/e
