windows 98 password

I found out how to create a password and when the box comes up you just click the x and it goes away so anyone can get in.

Its my sisters pc and she can't afford xp.

My other sister is grounded from the internet but she uses my other sisters computer.

What should i do?

Linux is a good choice for older hardware. You should try Ubuntu Linux it has low hardware requirements and is fully functional.
