when i seen it i wondered why dont they just start making semprons for s939 and get rid of s754, unless s754 is cheaper to make

hmm this is very interesting, i dont see why they keep 939 and do away with 754, i mean i still use 754 with a athlon 3000 but i plan on upgrading to 939 soon with dual core 4200 but they say it will stop shipping???? this confuses me greatly as i dont see AMDs motives.

Its called the Celeron of AMD. ITs cheaper on the customer.

Finally some solid proof of these already known facts. I've been saying that AMD was cutting off Socket 939 orders before next year, just another reason why you should wait for AM2 or be faced to upgrade later this year or next.
