How to install another SATA drive?

Just hooked up my third sata drive and can't see the thing in My Computer. It's on BIOS and in Device Manager - where it says...

Type: Unknown
Status: Not Initilized

How do I get the drive working and online?

Check if its all correctly connected. Make sure the power is connected also.

Make sure that in BIOS the sata port you have it connected to it enabled.

Tried that, still nothing. Dunno if it matters but the hard drive I brought it the same model as the current one I'm using.

Both drives don't have jumpers - could that be an issue?

Right click My Computer and pick Manage. From there go to Disk Management. You most likely need to initialize it from there.
