Isn't the sidebar to be officially released to XP anyways once Vista is released?

They have not said since the delay if they plan on doing that. Since htye have stated that IE7 will not even be included i doubt the SideBar will be.

A day before its court showdown with Microsoft which could result in a potential $2 million a day fine for Microsoft for allegedly flouting antitrust settlement concerns, the European Commission is firing another shot across Microsoft's bow.

This time, though, the EU is targeting Windows Vista. According to published reports, the Commission has sent Microsoft a note warning the company about potential antitrust concerns that might arise over Microsoft's bundling of Internet Explorer, Internet search and other office applications.

We're guessing the commission might mean calendaring, rather than word processing. No response yet from Microsoft on the latest volley.

Anyone know where I can get an Nvidia driver for the 5342 build? I can't find one anywhere.

nVidia didnt release a Beta Driver for the 5342 Build. They only released one for the 5308 Build.
