Installed and tested by me and working sweet.

looks cool but the bundled software doesn't make it legal does it? And is that the one with bundled spyware.

That is nto the one from TheHotFix.net so i cant say for sure that is has spyware.

But adding the software doesnt necessarily mean its illegal. As long as they didnt alter the XP files.

That looks very similar to the one my friend has except the SP3 screen is different. It looks like the normal Windows XP screen but with SP3 on it. It has all of the same bundled software. he has ran 4 different spyware, virus apps and can't find anything.
What do you mean it won't recognize SATA HD's. My friends version recognizes his Sata hard drive but shows it as a removable drive.
I don't see a problem with him meeting requirements for vista.

Well that is a problem. SATA are not removable. I have 3 of them installed and not 1 of them is recognized as removable.

SP3 doesn't exist yet not the one from Microsoft yet considering SP3 will have features from Vista I find it difficult for SP3 to be completed.

Read my earlier post. SP3 is in Beta testing from M$. It has just started not long ago. Maybe a week or so. I know a few that have gotten invites to this.;)
