Is this compatable?

I'm upgrading a really really old PC for my friend for his work. He works at a golf course so they need nothing big at all, bottom basic crap. All he's doing really is a few documents and mostly online for putting in the scores to a national system.

So I'm buying a AMD Sempron 3100+ Socket 754 PCU, ASUS K8U-X Socket 754 Motherboard, CORSAIR ValueSelect 512MB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200).

Everything seems ok but I just want to make sure that is all compatable before I buy the parts. Thanks guys!
