Wheres the power supply? Your not planning to use a "camewithcasePowersupply" are you?

the 450 Watt Fortron will do nicely for 49.99$

If you plan On doing some DVD Burning, Optorite has the same quality as Plextor but is much cheaper.
 
Well, 400 watts could possibly be enough, however, Why skimp on a power supply? And what if you want to add more burners/harddrives or better parts in the future, you would need to buy another power supply.

IMO, I would go with at least 450 watts, 500+ preferable..
