My new PSU has a fan on the top of it but my case doesn't have a outlet. Will I have to cut a whole into my case or can I install it with the top fan blocked?
I wouldn't be too bothered, I have one of my fans semi blocked (by a hard drive cage) and it works fine, although it is drilled steel, so the air can circulate.
