Inspiron8200 LCD problem

My laptop LCD is showing a bright white screen everytime I turn it on. It's not the video card because I plugged in anouther LCD and it worked fine. So it's either the inverter board or the bulb. Any guesses to what the most likely cause is?

Maybe you mobo or video cant sapourt that kine of LCD monitor. Just a guess a here

Bulb? Do you mean backlight?
