PCI Video.......

My brother has a comp at work he wants to upgrade a tad. He's looking to get a new video card. The comp doesnt have an agp or pcie slot, so obviously he's gonna be limited to PCI. With that said, what's the best PCI video card to get? I'd say price range of $50-$150.

There is a PCI 6200. It's not on newegg (AFAIK), and it's by a funny brand. You will have to look for it.
