Problem with installing Trend Micro internet security 2006

I have a problem reinstalling trend micro internet security 2006 (on windows XP home SP2). I get to the extraction of the files to install it but when I try to install it again I get this warning box (link to picture below). I assume the system detects the older installation of it. How would go about removing any occurance of the older program (registry entries/directory etc.). I looked in the add remove programs thru the control panel but it doesn't show... Any help is much appreciative, Thx.

download ccleaner, and run the registry tool.

I ran the registry integrity tool and deleted the trend micro related registry entries. Rebooted and still get the same problem

go to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro.

Delete all files in that directory.
