even if it does have vivo , it wont be able to do it vivo and a tv tuner are two entirly diffrent things , vivo can only capture video from various sources nothing more , if your card have vivo and you got a digital cable box/vcr then you might be able to connect it to it otherwise you cant watch tv , and if you do have one of em it wont be computer controlled i mean youll only see the picture the device broadcasts to pass channels youll need to use the remote
